Homewood Suites by Hilton St Louis - Galleria is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with professional service. You will be the friendly face of the hotel during guests’ stays.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is always a plus!
• Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• A front desk career can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry.
