Job summary

Five Rivers Hospitality is seeking a positive hotel front desk agent to welcome guests, manage registrations, assign rooms, and answer general inquiries to ensure an excellent stay.

You will handle guest information, issue keys, record charges, and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless service and guest satisfaction. Strong communication and reliability are essential; hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and by phone; answer guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Welcome, register, check-in/out guests; provide keys and room numbers.
• Record guest account information and keep bookkeeping up to date.
• Handle guest complaints as necessary.
