Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Breckenridge to handle guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties.

You will greet guests, manage walk-in traffic, and sign in customers as needed, while providing excellent service and support to management and staff. The role involves registering and assigning rooms, quoting room rates, upselling when possible, and coordinating with Housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum age 16.
• Typing, filing and cash handling.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest check-in.

Responsibilities

• Check guests and vendors in and out; manage reservations and switchboard.
• Greet guests warmly and sign in customers as needed.
• Register and assign rooms; provide quotes and upsell when possible.
• Coordinate Front Desk with Housekeeping.
• Verify charges posted to guest folios and collect payments.
• Balance cash at start and end of shift; respond to guest inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or escalate to management.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues to supervisor.
