Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service to travelers at our Union, NJ locations. You will handle cash transactions, assist with food preparation, and help maintain clean, organized work areas to meet daily demand.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, ensuring proper food handling, stocking and rotating products, and adhering to brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock, stockrooms, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Follow brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
