Job summary

Panera Bread in the United States seeks a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy with every guest interaction. You\'ll connect with guests, help ensure fast, friendly service, and support daily operations in the bakery-cafe.

From greeting guests to assembling salads and sandwiches, you\'ll work across stations, stay on the move, and maintain a clean, safe dining area. No experience?

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Passionate about creating moments of comfort and joy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Card as required by law.
• Food service experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate duties across Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move, assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment following food safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team by cleaning, stocking, and setting up the next shift.
