Job summary

Panera Bread in Nashville is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy with every guest interaction. You will help assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, greet guests warmly, and support daily operations in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Food Handler's Card required by law
• Food service experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc.
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
• Stay on the move – assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
