Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking energetic team members to greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. You will assist with seating, curbside pickup, and ToGo orders while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Applicants should be able to stand/walk for entire shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass Florida food safety Certification. Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Follows company safety and sanitation policies.
• Supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and serving accuracy.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage menus and current promotions; answers guest questions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into POS system.
• Retrieve and deliver orders from kitchen/bar to guests promptly.
• Take payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Manage shift changes and opening/closing duties.
• Assist with ToGo orders and curbside pickup.
