Flanigan’s is hiring at our Florida location. Join a team that serves guests with warmth and attention while following safety and sanitation policies. You will handle orders, manage payments at the POS, and ensure timely delivery from kitchen or bar to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass Florida Responsible Vendor program.
• Must pass food safety certification program.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed.
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system.
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework.
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guest.
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
