Job summary

Mountain Creek Resort is seeking a Food Runner to join the Food & Beverage team in Vernon, NJ. You will assist in delivering food and beverages, greet guests professionally, and help maintain clean dining stations and efficient service.

Responsibilities include supporting cooks and staff, relaying items from the back of house, and answering guest questions with product knowledge. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a four-season resort setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry large food trays up to 30 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 16 years or older and available weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner while serving the guests food selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures, & Health Dept. Laws
• Assist cooks, waitstaff and bartenders in maintaining station stock
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and food stations
• Relay food and beverage products from the back of the house to the guests
• Knowledgeable with the products the business unit has, to help guests with any questions or concerns
