Job summary

Legends in Thackerville, OK is seeking a friendly Runner to deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring an excellent guest experience. You will coordinate between servers and the culinary team and help maintain clean service areas.

The role requires standing and walking for long periods, the ability to carry multiple plates, and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous busser or runner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 1+ year as busser or food runner.
• Must be able to carry three entrée plates for long distances.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner.
• Lead communication between servers and culinary team.
• Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders.
• Monitor and ensure guests are satisfied with food and service; check on guests at tables.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate to servers.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of restaurant and service areas.
• Assist bussers with clearing tables during peak periods; support guests with dining options and information.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
