Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare food, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. You will work closely with a team to meet daily goals and ensure food is prepared to brand standards.

Ideal candidates may have prior restaurant or customer service experience, but training is provided. Flexibility for various shifts, including nights and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds occasionally) and stand for extended periods
