Job summary

Terrain Café, part of URBN, is seeking an Associate Floor Manager in Castle Valley, PA to lead hourly teams and uphold our hospitality standards. You will ensure a best-in-class guest experience and work with the General Manager and AGM to meet operational targets for labor and sales.

You’ll master floor leadership, champion the Terrain brand, engage guests, coach staff, and maintain safety, integrity, and a culture of psychological safety on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Experience with restaurant technical applications, including POS & OpenTable.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor shifts with high energy and enforce standards.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador and maintain guest delight on the floor.
• Engage with guests, gather feedback, and respond to channels.
• Address shift challenges and protect brand loyalty.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards and solve operational hiccups.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture and give actionable feedback.
