Job summary

The River Club of Jacksonville seeks a friendly dining room assistant to support servers and bartenders, ensuring members receive prompt service and a welcoming experience. You will assist with table setup, order delivery, and maintaining a clean, professional dining room, while adapting to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Ability to read and follow directions, plus basic F&B terminology knowledge, will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment focused on superior member

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and/or oral direction in English.
Food & beverage experience preferred.
Knowledge of courtesy and common F&B terminology.

Responsibilities

Promptly bring out servers' dinner orders to the dining room.
Assist servers and bartenders in all aspects of service.
Greet members with a smile and provide water service.
Set up for daily service and assist in side work.
Maintain a clean, professional dining room and assist in daily/weekly cleaning duties.
Communicate with Servers, Bartenders, and Dining Room staff to ensure quality service.
