Job summary

Company 3 is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver gracious hospitality in our Santa Monica studio and at client sites. You will greet clients, coordinate meals and beverages, and support the operations team to ensure flawless service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order meals and prepare beverages and light food.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and common areas.
• Assist operations and front desk as needed.
• Plan and execute client luncheons and meetings.
• Support larger client services team and events.
