Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking a Guest Experience Event Day Associate – Accessibility to ensure every guest can comfortably enjoy events. This role focuses on mobility and accessibility support, providing thoughtful assistance, wheelchair transportation, and friendly service across indoor and outdoor venues.
The position requires staying active during events, collaborating with teams, and being flexible for nights and weekend schedules.

The Guest Experience Event Day Associate – Accessibility plays an essential role in ensuring every guest can comfortably and confidently enjoy their visit to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role focuses on supporting guests who require mobility or accessibility assistance while navigating the stadium. Accessibility associates serve as ambassadors of inclusive hospitality by providing thoughtful assistance, guidance, and transportation support so every guest can fully participate in the excitement of live events. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying active throughout events, moving around the entire stadium, and creating meaningful moments for guests. Additionally, someone in this role is consistent, reliable, and completely comfortable working outside. This is not a sitting position. You will be allotted breaks during your shifts and able to sit during breaks. However, during your shift the expectation is to be moving around and potentially pushing any person in a wheelchair throughout the stadium.
