Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our retail stores. You will share product knowledge, engage with our community, and uphold our inclusive culture while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining product presentation, and collaborating with team members. A flexible schedule, 18+ years, and legal work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and connect with guests authentically.
• Provide product education and articulate value/benefits of the products.
• Support store operations and ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to address issues.
