Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments for remote deliveries.
• Coordinate tasks between Sales, Service, and PDI departments.
• Transport vehicles within the lot and to various locations.
• Shuttle customers to and from their homes or places of business.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane and parking lot.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from different property locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure to confirm scheduled and missed appointments for remote deliveries
• Facilitate coordination of tasks between Sales, Service, and PDI departments to successfully deliver customer vehicles for repairs or accessories
• Conduct transportation of vehicles within the lot and to various locations as needed
• Assist in shuttling customers to and from their homes or places of business
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot accordingly
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from different property locations
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word (and preferably dual‑screen experience)
• Previous Service Experience a plus
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve

High school diploma or equivalent

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best‑in‑class customer service

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission
