Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Drink Runner to deliver drinks promptly, keep service stations stocked, and ensure guests receive attentive, energetic service. You will be an ambassador of FUN, greeting guests and supporting the team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

In a fast-paced setting, teammates collaborate to deliver beverages, roll silverware, and prepare for opening, midday, or closing shifts. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and friendly service.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification as required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with management, team, and guests.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).
• Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Delivering drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Assisting Servers with pre-bussing and clearing tables
• Supporting the Guest experience by rolling silverware and lining food baskets
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
