Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Drink Runner to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You’ll greet guests, take drink orders, deliver beverages promptly, re-fill condiments, pre-bus tables and help with table turns while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

This role requires teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and expeditiously.
• Refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables.
• Creating memorable guest experiences.
• Opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
