Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a Drink Runner to support servers and keep dining areas clean. You’ll greet guests, take drink orders, and help with refills, pre-bussing, and table turns to ensure swift service.

Responsibilities include delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining safety standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner while anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables to expedite Guest service
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional Guest service
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned
