Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Food Runner to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing dining experience. You’ll assist with refills, pre-bussing tables, and timely food delivery while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

You will greet guests, take drink orders, and help with opening, mid-day, or closing duties. A positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to comply with company uniform standards.
• Strong guest-service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while anticipating guests' needs.
• Support the server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables.
• Create memorable experiences through exceptional guest service.
