Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple park stations. You will work onsite, support various roles, and help maintain high-energy service while upholding safety standards.

Candidates should be 16+ with flexible availability and a customer-service mindset. No formal education required, and high school students are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to support growth within operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety where applicable.
• Greet and assist guests at front desk and admissions as needed.
