Popeyes is hiring a Team Member to help deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle payments while preparing food and beverages. The role emphasizes cleanliness, health standards, and brand familiarity on the floor and in all stations.

You will support inventory, maintain safety, and contribute to a positive team culture. This role suits individuals who enjoy teamwork, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a hands-on environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Check food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Acts with integrity and promotes the Popeyes culture.
