Popeyes is seeking Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare delicious food, and help create a fun atmosphere. You’ll work as the heart of the restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering great guest service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
