Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service and manage treat orders in a fast-paced setting. You will stock, clean, and maintain guest areas in line with safety standards, contributing to memorable experiences for fans of the Dairy Queen brand.

Report to management and shift leaders, and participate in all duties to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value across the dining area.

Qualifications

• Able to move cases of food/paper products up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
• Read order monitors and recall products.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to customers.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment including chill equipment following health and safety standards.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
• Stock and rotate products; complete prep work for stocking and chill area setup.
