Job summary

Dunkin' and Bluemont Group in Maryville, TN is hiring a Crew Member to deliver friendly service and speedy orders. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare items, and operate the register while maintaining cleanliness and a positive attitude.

Shift options include 8- or 10-hour shifts with day and night coverage, Monday through Friday and weekends. Prior food service is a plus but not required; dependability and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
Uphold Dunkin' and Bluemont Group policies and standards
