Job summary

Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member in Tennessee to join the Dunkin’ team. You will greet guests, take orders, and help prepare coffee, beverages, and food items while delivering friendly service.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Shifts include 8- or 10-hour options, with day and night availability on weekdays and weekends. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude

• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards
