Qualifications

• Experience – Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful; comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Clear English communication and ability to read/understand written English; able to read video monitors.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests; take and clarify orders; assist guests with menu selections.
• Enter orders in POS, collect money, and provide change; ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior, exterior, and dining area.
• Support front, back, and drive-thru stations; back-up as needed to meet guest needs.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and company policies.
