Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience, provide friendly service, and maintain a clean restaurant environment. The role supports front- and back-of-house duties across multiple stations while upholding JIB standards and guest expectations.

You will greet guests, take and assemble orders, ensure order accuracy, and keep the dining area tidy and inviting. Experience in high-volume hospitality is helpful, and being at least 16 years old is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or food prep is helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to read and understand written English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in dine-in and drive-thru settings.
• Assemble and hand over meals, ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain dining room and restrooms cleanliness and stocking.
• Operate at multiple stations (grill, prep, fryer, assembly) as needed.
