Dunkin' Donuts is hiring a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service in Schererville. You will work as part of a team to greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and food, and ensure cleanliness and safety on the floor.

Responsibilities include communicating with teammates, handling transactions accurately, following recipes and brand standards, and assisting with training others as needed. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and a positive, punctual work ethic.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to count money and make change accurately.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Minimum age requirements may apply in some locations.
