Job summary

You will handle cash, operate equipment, and participate in training while supporting marketing initiatives and daily operations to ensure guests have a reason to return.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect.
• Report concerns relative to completing any job assignment to the store manager.
• Respond positively to feedback and direction given.
• Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
• Prioritize guests and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
• Adhere to Brand standards and deliver quality food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation; clean guest areas as directed.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare all products following recipes and procedures.
• Follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
