Position Overview

CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone is looking for part‑time Crew Members to work onsite. The role offers experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more.

Positions available include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

Responsibilities

All Crew Member stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that employees commit to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer‑facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Physical ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Strong communication and interaction skills in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Compensation starts at $15.49/hr and may increase to $16.49/hr based on qualifications and experience.
