Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Washington, DC is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to greet clients, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling. You will help keep the front of house welcoming, tidy, and organized while supporting team needs throughout the day.

Responsibilities include answering calls and texts, staying informed about services and memberships, and contributing to a smooth client experience. Growth into an Airbrush Technician role is possible as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
