Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to welcome clients, check them in/out, schedule appointments, and keep the front of the salon running smoothly in our Austin locations. You will assist clients, manage inquiries, and help maintain a warm, organized reception area.

This role offers a clear growth path toward becoming an Airbrush Technician, with additional earning potential from gratuity and product/service commissions, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with the booking system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organization.
• Answer client questions about appointments and care.
• Respond to emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
