Job summary

Sugared + Bronzed in Philadelphia is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to greet clients, check in/out, schedule appointments, and maintain a clean front of house. You will respond to calls and texts, support team operations, and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
