Island Hospitality Management's Camp Margaritaville Resort in Florida is hiring a Guest Services Coordinator to welcome guests, handle reservations, and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, admin duties, and assisting with marketing materials, while ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and able to assist guests.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Resort office or front desk experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and establish rapport with guests
• Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the resort manager
• Check guests in and out for their reservations
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing
• Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files
• Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, and newsletters
• Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials
