Job summary

Parkland Golf & Country Club in Parkland, FL, is seeking a Recreational Attendant to enhance member and guest experiences across the front desk, pool area, and kids' center, under Troon’s global leadership.

Applicants should have strong customer service and multitasking abilities, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, prior hospitality or recreation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: Greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries; provide information on services and amenities; handle cash transactions.
• Pool Area Management: Monitor safety, enforce rules, respond to incidents, arrange chairs and umbrellas, keep area clean.
• Kids Center Supervision: Oversee activities, engage children, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Customer Service Excellence: Anticipate needs, resolve issues, foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff, communicate issues, assist training.
