Job summary

The Retreat Club in Davenport, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Activities/Pool Attendant. You will assist guests, host daily activities, and support safe, enjoyable experiences by following club policies and inventory control. CPR/First Aid will be completed as needed.

This role involves outdoor work and customer-facing responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in similar roles within hospitality, recreational settings, or events, and are comfortable with microphones

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in recreational hospitality, cruise ships, summer camps, or as a DJ.
• CPR/First Aid certification required within a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Organize and host daily activities per the activity calendar.
• Welcome and assist guests entering the club.
• Follow policies for guest access, safety and enjoyment.
• Ensure inventory needs are met.
• Handle cash and POS at Sundries Retail.
• Lead by example as a team leader.
• Maintain communication across team on club operations.
• Keep pool deck clean and organized.
