Job summary

Encore is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to act as a liaison between Encore, the venue, and customers, providing information and support in a professional, friendly manner while building relationships to ensure a high-quality experience. This role reports to the Director, Event Technology and is based in a hotel/convention center setting.

Key duties include customer contact, billing, data entry, customer engagement, and operational support across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative, sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and web-based applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Encore’s certifications to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Customer Contact: acknowledge customers; build relationships; resolve issues.
• Billing: communicate billing changes; prepare reports for venue reconciliation.
• Data Entry: enter and reconcile customer and exhibit payments in CRM/billing systems.
• Customer Engagement: support PreCon/site visits; coordinate follow-up messages; liaise with venue partners.
• Operational Support: know hotel/services; communicate concerns to venue partner teams.
