• Greets and engages with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience.
• Manages incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy.
• Performs various administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned.
