Callaway Golf Company is seeking a friendly, professional Lobby Receptionist for the North American Distribution Center in Dallas. You will greet visitors, sign them in, answer calls, and provide superior customer service while maintaining lobby security and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or equivalent experience and at least two years in a service-oriented role, with lobby/reception or call center experience considered a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related service‑oriented experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in lobby, reception, or call center is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greet and sign-in visitors to the North American Distribution Center and provide a welcoming environment.
• Assist walk-in customers with product questions and warranty issues following procedures.
• Manage lobby cleanliness and coordinate with facilities for additional cleaning as needed.
• Provide high-quality phone coverage and direct calls to sales and corporate lines.
• Support events with preauthorization and badging, and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
