Job summary

FirstService Residential in Tampa is seeking a Front Desk associate to welcome residents and guests and connect them with the services they need. This role and its interactions help create a safe, friendly community atmosphere.

You will greet visitors, monitor building access, handle deliveries, and maintain daily records while following safety procedures. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour with a Sunday–Thursday 3pm–11pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
