Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking a team member to deliver a quick, friendly customer experience in a fast-paced setting. You’ll help keep the sales floor clean, assist with cashiering and stockroom tasks, and support fitting rooms as needed.

The role requires flexibility to work in different areas of the store and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include running transactions across platforms, maintaining organized stockrooms, and upholding store standards while promoting Nordstrom Rewards.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical requirements: continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a ready and tidy sales floor through merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at the register and across platforms, operating POS systems.
• Support fitting room operations with greeting, assistance and returns to floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and adhere to standards.
