Job summary

The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA to offer pre-arrival assistance to leisure guests and maximize resort revenue by selling services and activities.

You will support the Guest Services Supervisor, Rooms Managers, and collaborate with Front Desk, Bell, In-room dining, Housekeeping, Spa Aiyana, Lodge Restaurant, and other teams to ensure guest requests and preferences are understood and met, while maintaining confidentiality and a high

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-oriented position.
• Requires prior experience handling high phone call volume.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-arrival calls to VIPs and leisure guests to offer assistance with planning.
• Aid in booking dining, spa, golf, activities, etc.
• Verify special needs/requests.
• Upsell services, room types, amenities.
• Handle incoming reservation calls per Forbes standards.
• Sell rooms and activities including Spa, Golf, Tennis, Recreation River Ranch and F&B.
• Coordinate reservations with outside vendors/restaurants.
