Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at American Family Field in Milwaukee, WI is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to lead team members and deliver exceptional guest service during events.

You will assign duties, supervise staff, handle inventory and service tasks, and help resolve guest concerns while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers hourly pay of $15.00–$18.00 with weekly pay, flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays, and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience are required.
• Must be able to obtain Milwaukee Bartending License.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled staff.
• Perform service tasks, assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and cashier duties when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Review procedures to improve service, performance or safety.
• Assist Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance.
• Monitor daily cleaning and ensure locations are shut down correctly after events.
• Keep associates informed of policy or event changes.
