Job summary

SkinFusion FX in Altoona, IA, is seeking a Guest Experience & Communications Coordinator for a full-time, hourly role. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients from inquiry to scheduling, check-in, and follow-up with warmth and professionalism.

The ideal candidate loves people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior medical spa or clinic experience is required, and the position offers long-term growth with our growing practice.

Qualifications

• Previous medical spa or medical clinic experience is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Managing client text communication through Weave.
• Responding promptly to new inquiries and following up with leads.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Assisting with check-in and checkout.
• Helping identify openings in provider schedules.
• Working closely with providers and the front-desk team to keep the day running smoothly.
• Assisting with inventory, stocking treatment rooms, laundry, light housekeeping, and other tasks.
