Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver warm hospitality, assemble fresh food, and ensure guests have a positive experience. You will greet guests, help with ordering, and keep the bakery-cafe area clean and inviting.

Ideal candidates are 16+, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Food safety knowledge is required, and prior food service experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Age 16+
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Food handler's training as required by law
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Prepare and assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and speed.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support the team by cleaning, stocking, and setting up the next shift.
