Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy with every guest interaction. You’ll help assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, greet guests, and support a fast-paced bakery-cafe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest focus.
• Food Handler’s Card required by law; food safety training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Support next shift with stocking and cleaning.
• Operate across roles as needed (Production, Prep, Service, Drive‑Thru, Barista).
