Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests warmly and helping with food preparation in a fast-paced bakery-cafe. You will contribute to a welcoming environment and ensure quality service across multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age of 16+ years.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in a loud, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Move between entry, cashier, and dining areas to assist guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment per food safety standards.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt with a positive attitude.
• Assist with cleaning and stocking duties to support the next shift.
