Job summary

CAVA in Cranston, RI is seeking friendly Team Members to greet guests, educate them about our menu, and assemble orders with care. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and follow recipes to ensure consistent quality.

You’ll work collaboratively with the team, be cross-trained across stations, and handle deliveries and daily duties. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, competitive pay, and the chance to grow with a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each guest.
• May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• May cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.
